The ball can be up the other end for long parts of the match which means the goalkeeper can get cold quickly. A few ways to stay warm in goal are; 1. Wear Base Layers - Henry shows you his old Precision GK and new One Glove Company Base Layer Impact Padded Shirt & Trousers. 2. Keep moving - Running on the spot, Jump up and down, Clapping your hands will all keep your heart rate up, your blood flowing and your muscles loose. 3. Wear good quality gloves with 3 or 4mm latex, a roll cut or hybrid roll cut are better than a flat cut or others where you have mesh inside the fingers which lets in the cold.
