Watch 9 year old Goalkeeper Henry's latest football match highlights playing at Under 11, 9-a-side. ⚽SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/HenrySaveAll/ This is Henry's 1st Match of 2019 and the 1st match we've been able to record this season (Under 11's 2018/19). Henry didn't have lots of saves to make as his team dominated the match. But he did have to deal with lots of back-passes from his defence and clear the ball with a good, strong kick, which he did well. The 2 goals conceded were both 1v1 situations, the first was offside but the goal was given and the 2nd Henry felt he should have done better with it. Henry knows he needs to practice these more to become more confident when dealing with a 1 on 1 effectively. Henry made 2 good block/parry saves in the 2nd half, 1 of which was at 2-1, so if he hadn't saved the shot, the match could have turned out very differently. Instead his team went up the other end and scored, making it 3-1 rather than potentially being 2-2 if he hadn't made that save. A good team performance generally, and Henry was happy with is own performance apart from the 2nd goal conceded. As goalkeepers we're always learning and there are always things to work on improving our goalkeeping game.
